LaKenya Moore

& Minister | Blogger | Radio Personality

LaKenya Moore is an experienced educator with 20+ years in the Mesquite Independent School District. A 2018 Teacher of the Year recipient, she was named an Apple Corps recipient this past October as well. LaKenya is also a licensed missionary and the blogger of Something Moore. She desires to help women walk in their truth and use that truth to build their lives on a more solid foundation.  While the happiness of others is important to her, Lakenya's current life journey is teaching her that her own joy and peace should be a priority; her most recent lesson being that she must learn to save herself first, so God can use her as a vessel to help save others.
